Gain the skills and knowledge required to participate as a member of a rescue team with PUASAR022 – Participate in a Rescue Operation, delivered by RISE Academy (RTO 91022).
This nationally recognised course is conducted as a full-day workshop from 8am to 4:30pm at our bespoke purpose-built training centre in Silverwater, NSW, featuring a range of realistic industry training environments designed to replicate the challenges encountered in the field.
Participants will gain practical experience planning and conducting rescue scenarios using a variety of access systems and structures, including:
Sheeted and tiled roof structures
Telecommunications tower
Entertainment rigging truss
Layher scaffolding systems
Permanent access ladders and walkways on a commercial building
Please note: If this competency is obtained for utilisation within the fire sector, the pre-requisite HTLAID011 Provide First Aid applies.

Training is conducted in realistic workplace environments at our purpose-built Silverwater training centre, allowing participants to develop confidence and competence across a range of industry-specific rescue scenarios.
Unlike classroom-only training, our hands-on approach ensures students develop practical skills in realistic rescue scenarios under the guidance of experienced industry professionals.
Our trainers are active practitioners with extensive experience across aviation, telecommunications, construction, industrial maintenance, entertainment rigging and work-at-height safety. Train with professionals who don't just teach the industry - they work in it.
Successful participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for PUASAR022 – Participate in a Rescue Operation.
